Price Increase for maintaining your statutory records with Companies House

As of 1st June 2022 we are increasing the cost of maintaining your statutory records with Companies House.

We have always charged you £30 plus VAT for this service but we have had to review this due to the additional requirements that have come on board from Companies House over the last 3-4 years.

The new charge will be £50 plus VAT this will include the following services: –

  • Maintaining the records at Companies House to ensure any changes are made, such as: –
    • New directors
    • Change of address
    • Any other changes to the company details
  • Submission of the annual confirmation statement to Companies House (They charge a fee of £13 for this submission)
  • Keeping the PSC records (persons of significant control) by law each company has to maintain a list of these and publish it at Companies House

We maintain all of the above in software that is linked to the Companies House which ensures we can update any changes digitally and securely.

We trust you understand the reason behind the increase in our prices and we thank you for your continuing support.

If you would like to maintain your own statutory records please let us know and we will flag this on our system.
